Curiosity Has Me Watching Sacramento | Quentin Haynes

Last night, basketball opened everywhere around the country (sans Utah), and I couldn’t be more happier. Most of the players looked in shape, and we even got some close games. Some teams looked impressive (Indiana), some looked lost (Dallas), Minnesota looked improved, Milwaukee looked interesting. Denver looked phenomenal, but the team that caught me off guard was the Sacramento Kings. From a matchup (and history) standpoint, it made sense Sacramento, a young running team beats Los Angeles, a slightly older team. But what shocked me is the way the team looked. Sacramento looked…well polished. Polished enough to where, I think they’re the ” Short season, sneak into the playoffs as a 8th seed” team. 538 days
